Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

Volum Media ENK
Company registration number: 932 660 899
Linderngata 2, 0455 Oslo
Email: hei@mija.no

Payment is handled by our payment partner, acting as merchant of record. That means the payment partner is the legal seller of the digital content to you, and collects and remits value added tax in your country. The partner’s name and terms are shown at checkout.

2. What you are buying

Downloadable image files intended for use as wallpaper. Every purchase is a one-off. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

How the images are made: every image is generated with generative artificial intelligence, then curated and finished by us. No third-party photographs are involved. We do not claim the images are photographed or made by hand.

3. Price

All prices are shown including value added tax. The total you will pay is shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no shipping costs, fees or other additions.

4. Order and formation of contract

The contract is binding when you press the button marked «Order with an obligation to pay» and payment has gone through. You receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is your documentation of the contract, provided on a durable medium. The contract language is English.

5. Delivery

Delivery happens immediately after payment, by sending a download link to the email address you provided. The link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 25 downloads. If you need a new link, write to us — it is free.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, we ask you to tick the following declaration before you can complete the purchase:

I expressly consent to the delivery of the digital content beginning immediately upon purchase, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.

If you tick it, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts. This applies only because all four statutory conditions are met: the contract obliges you to pay, you gave express prior consent, you acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost, and you receive confirmation on a durable medium.

If you do not tick it, you cannot complete the purchase in the store. If you want to keep the 14-day right of withdrawal, write to us and we will arrange a purchase with deferred delivery. Read more about withdrawal and see the form.

7. Faulty goods

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights if something is defective. Even where withdrawal has been waived, you keep your full statutory rights if something is wrong with what you received — corrupt files, wrong resolution, missing formats. The burden of proof that the content was free of defects rests with us for one year after delivery.

Write to hei@mija.no. We will fix it or refund you.

8. Use of the images

The purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence for personal use on an unlimited number of devices you own or control. Resale, redistribution and sharing are not permitted. See the full licence terms.

9. Personal data

We process as little personal data as possible, and we never ask for your name, address or phone number. Read the privacy policy.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy, contact us first — we reply on working days. If we cannot reach agreement, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Council. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

11. Governing law

The contract is governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, mandatory consumer protection rules in your home country may apply in addition.
