We have no user accounts, and that is deliberate: an account we do not need is a password database we do not want to be responsible for. Your download link is in the order confirmation email.
If you cannot find it, write to hei@mija.no from the address you bought with and we will send a new one.
Your privacy rights
Write to hei@mija.no from the address you bought with. You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, a copy of it, correction of anything wrong, erasure, restriction of how we use it, or transfer of it to someone else — and you can object to our processing.
We reply within one month at the latest, cf. GDPR article 12(3), and it costs nothing. If we cannot tell who you are from the address you write from, we may ask you for more information before we act, cf. article 12(6).
Note: sales documentation must be kept for five years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act section 13, and therefore cannot be deleted before that period ends. Our basis for keeping it is GDPR article 17(3)(b), and we anonymise it automatically once the period has passed. Everything else is deleted immediately.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
